Terms of Service

Leefy is a visual tree planner that uses AI to help you grow, refine, and export tree plans, and to generate prompt packages for handing work off to AI coding agents such as Claude Code. Leefy does not write or execute code on your behalf — it prepares prompts and links for tools you run yourself.

Leefy is offered on free and paid subscription tiers. New accounts may start with a free trial that requires no payment method and grants full access for a limited number of days. When the trial ends, you land on Free (bring your own AI key for paid AI actions) or add a paid plan for included deliverables. Adding a paid plan begins your subscription and charges your card. You can cancel or manage your plan at any time from the billing portal in your account. Canceling a paid plan does not delete your trees — you keep full open, edit, and export access on Free.

Paid plans include a monthly allowance of heavy AI actions ("deliverables") and free quick actions under fair use. Alternatively, you may bring your own Anthropic, OpenAI, or xAI API key ("BYOK"); actions run with a BYOK key do not consume Leefy deliverables, but you are responsible for any costs billed by your own AI provider account. Free accounts require BYOK for AI actions.

If you are not satisfied with a paid Leefy subscription, you may request a full refund of your first paid charge within thirty (30) days of that charge. Contact us using the address on your billing receipt (or in-app support) and we will process the refund manually through our payment provider (Stripe). There is no automated self-serve refund button. Refunds do not apply to third-party costs (for example, usage on your own AI provider account under BYOK). After a refund or cancellation, your trees remain available on Free as described in section 2.

You own the content of the trees, prompts, and exports you create in Leefy. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before acting on it — AI output can be incomplete or incorrect.

Don't use Leefy to generate or distribute unlawful, infringing, or abusive content, or to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the service.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be communicated in-app or by email before they take effect.
