Terms of Service
Last updated: this is a prototype legal page — replace with counsel-reviewed terms before public launch.
1. The service
Leefy is a visual project planner that uses AI to help you grow, refine, and export project plans, and to generate prompt packages for handing work off to AI coding agents such as Claude Code. Leefy does not write or execute code on your behalf — it prepares prompts and links for tools you run yourself.
2. Accounts and billing
Leefy is offered on paid subscription tiers. New accounts start with a free trial that requires no payment method and includes a set number of AI credits. When the trial ends, add a plan to keep using paid AI features — adding a plan begins your subscription and charges your card. You can cancel or manage your plan at any time from the billing portal in your account.
3. AI credits and BYOK
Paid plans include a monthly allowance of AI credits consumed by AI actions. Alternatively, you may bring your own Anthropic or OpenAI API key ("BYOK"); actions run with a BYOK key do not consume Leefy credits, but you are responsible for any costs billed by your own AI provider account.
4. Your content
You own the content of the project trees, prompts, and exports you create in Leefy. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before acting on it — AI output can be incomplete or incorrect.
5. Acceptable use
Don't use Leefy to generate or distribute unlawful, infringing, or abusive content, or to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the service.
6. Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be communicated in-app or by email before they take effect.
7. Contact
Questions about these terms can be sent to the address listed on your account's billing receipts.
